Pros: Friendly and efficient staff.
Cons: No complaints. It would have been nice to have a little longer access time to the laundry. We didn't get back from touring until to late.
Pros: Clean Easy parking
Pros: Nice breakfast, perfect location, the room was very cozy
Cons: It is quite overpriced, although it's understandable considering the area, the indoor pool was unfortunately not heated.
Pros: Good breakfast, attendant was very good at keeping everything restocked.
Pros: Staff were very helpful with connecting my tablets to the wifi.
Cons: The price of the rooms could be lowered.
Pros: The hotel was nicely kept on the outside and inside. The room was clean and the staff helpful.
Cons: The room was very small for the price paid.
Pros: It was fine for basic accommodations. The breakfast was good and the location was good for our visit to Monument Valley.
Cons: The room was smaller than I'm used to.I
Pros: Good location. Easy to get to Monument Valley
Cons: Price is higher than other locations due to remoteness. This hotel is charging the same rate as others nearby and was rated on that basis.
Pros: Location was good. Room was nice. However quite pricey, but it was the only room left in the city under $200.00.
Cons: It was pricey for a standard, whole lot of nothing special, room.
Pros: Good location for visiting monument valley. Good sized room with two very comfortable queen beds. On a busy highway but we weren’t bothered by the noise in our room. Good communication from the hotel when I asked for a ground floor room upon booking and again on the day when I emailed to say we’d be late checking in. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the pool but it looked great and we would have used it if we’d had more time.
Cons: Breakfast was until 9.30 and we arrived at around 8.50. There were no yoghurts, no pancakes either and very few cakes left. None of the items were replenished and the cleaning up lady was already putting the chairs on the tables as people were arriving at 9.15. It’s not unreasonable to still have the choice of food available right up until closing time! I didn’t like the paper plates and lots of single use plastic cutlery either.
Pros: It was a nice place to stay....breakfast was nice...
Cons: Breakfast was very limited, price too high, but unfortunaatly no alternative in this region;

Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: Air con was very noisy, room keys did not work, we were not told how to power up the room facilitlies. When wi fi did not work we were given an outside telephone number to get help! Not all restaurant options were available as the inn was not fully booked. Be aware as this is located in a reservation the inn cannot provide alcoholic beverages. Really poor value for money.
Cons: Ice cold shower, wifi did not connect to internet; large rooms, good location
Pros: Free parking and good locations for our trip to Monument Valley
Cons: Some issues with the bathroom door, and not very friendly staff
Pros: In a good central location to where we were going, restaurant was nice
Cons: No WiFi, keys to door only worked sporadically
Pros: The location to visit monument valley
Cons: The restaurant closed early at night (9 o’clock)
Pros: Food was very good. Room was clean and nice. Both of these things are important to us.
Cons: WiFi was absolutely terrible. We had to drive over to McDonald’s to use their WiFi when we wanted to check on a couple things.
Pros: Location and Hotel Employees
Cons: I was shocked to find that there was no refrigerator or microwave. Those are important to me. I take insulin and it has to be kept cool
Pros: Staff was very courteous and helpful.
Cons: Would have liked a small refrigerator in the room
Pros: Great location for Monument Valley
Cons: Lock was broken on room - making it unsafe to use the room. Maintenance guy had to drill the door to let us back in. He told us it was a known problem. We had to move rooms late at night and night staff was surly as if blaming us for their problem. Would not use again. Very expensive for average room and poor experience.
Pros: Good home made cooked breakfast.
Cons: Room in the building at the back of the hotel. Old furniture. Wifi certificate out of confidence, presenting potential risk for your data. At diner not possible to drink a Beer , including Beer w/o alcool -out of stock even if listed on the menu. Cleaning the floor of the dining room before we leave it.. First time I see it.
Pros: Great location
Pros: Really liked the outdoor swimming pool and the food in the restaurant was great.
Cons: Serving breakfast on throwaway styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery and plastic cups is unacceptable from an environmental perspective. It just pollutes the planet with more unneeded plastic waste.
