Cons:I tried multiple times to confirm availability of shuttle pickup. phone, email, website. No response. Then to find that shuttle service did not run from the terminal my fight arrived at. Called the hotel and desk clerk told us to expect shuttle, which was not to come. called again and was then told that the shuttle did not run ti this terminal. We had already missed the chance to transfer to the other terminal and ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel at additional expense. I have another ibis hotel booked later on this trip and am considering changing. On the other hand, breakfast was very good.

Pros:comfortable, convenient, excellent shuttle service, pleasant staff, very nice breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more for a one night stay.

Pros:Most of it was fine.
Cons:We made a reservation for an early shuttle but were told that if we missed it there would not be any problem taking the next one. Therefore, instead of rushing in the morning we decided to take our time and wait for the next one. However, once we were in the reception we were told that there were no available spots for 2 hours so we had to take a taxi to the airport spending €20.
