Pros (+) Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Great entertainment in the bar. Great food in the restaurant.
Cons (-) Not quite finished with outside projects fro Hurricane Irma but almost there.
Pros (+) Our room very quiet, very clean, comfortable bed and nice sink, refrigerator, microwave accommodations.
Cons (-) Difficult to access, very noisy busy at Tiki hut d/ t band. Limited breakfast
Pros (+) The price was right for an ocean front view. The tiki bar was charming and the food, drink and bar staff were great. Beds were comfy and the room was updated and looked very clean. Minimal continitental breakfast included.
Cons (-) The staff at check in and breakfast were abrupt and borderline rude. Not the warm and friendly vibe you'd hope for when on a tropical vacation. No coffee in the room and breakfast can't be brought back to your room. Not easy waking up and get caffinated with a grump over your shoulder. The rooms were super humid, the air didn't help. Pros (+) Room included breakfast-that's not common at hotels in the Keys! Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Had shared deck just off the water, pretty to see in the morning.
