Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly staff, and relaxing pool area, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, damp smells, and inconsistent housekeeping. While the service was generally appreciated, some guests felt it did not always meet luxury standards. The pool and garden areas were highlights for many, though minor maintenance and amenity issues were noted. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and enjoyable amenities, but could improve on cleanliness and attention to detail.
