Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, good view over gardens from the balcony. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing drinks and a light breakfast. There's a 24 hour food store a couple minutes walk away. It was just 5 minutes walk to the metro which gave relatively quick and economical access to the centre of Kiev. And the coach from the airport stops 2 metro stations away from the hotel. There were a couple small issues but they are easily rectified. Overall a very enjoyable stay. I'd be very happy to stay again.

Cons: Rooms do not have even small office type space with regular height table, next to AC outlet, only small coffee table.

Cons: Sound isolation is awful – hotel is located on the 7th floor, so in apartments below and above are regular tenants. In some apartment nearby I happened to be the witness for some drama with screams and whatnot at 6 o'clock in the morning.

Cons: It was a little difficult to check in if you don't speak Russian or Ukrainian because the staff spoke little English. But Google translate helped a lot once there. The air conditioning didn't work in my room but there was only one warm afternoon when I felt I needed it. The balcony was lovely but spoilt a little by the old mattress and other things stored there. A little table and a couple chairs would have made it a great place to enjoy breakfast.

Pros: A very good hotel. We spent here our last night in Kiev, and the location relatively near the airport was perfect for this purpose. The rooms are clean, with all the necessary amenities and a good size. The staff is also very nice, ready to answer all questions and offer help - including free transport to the airport! There are some restaurants and shops you can pick for dinner, but if you miss the opening hours, don't worry! The hotel's restaurant is open until late, and offers tasty warm meals in good prices! Speaking of meals, breakfast was also very good.
