Pros (+) -The hotel was fairly clean, but the rooms were in need of some updating. -The room service and food were surprisingly good - the club sandwich was excellent. -The front counter was gracious enough to extend my checkout time, as I came down with a nasty virus my last day in the city and was rendered useless for most of the day.
Cons (-) -The online advertisement states that they offer a shuttle to the airport for 1,200INR. Upon trying to book this shuttle, they quoted a price that was nearly double and refused to offer the price that they had advertised. No amount of conversation or explanation yielded any results.
