Too many xtra charges not told about ahead that added up. An expensive place to stay. Front desk people not helpful with information & much was confusing.

Pros (+) A wonderful spa facing the Rhine River on the top floor. Clean, functional rooms at a sensible price.
Cons (-) A classic German approach to shower gel / shampoo / soap. All in one container, and my container happened to have a hole in it which rendered it difficult to use. But this is a nitpick in an otherwise excellent hotel for the price.
