Pros (+) We loved everything! The pool is exceptional, especially for an inner city hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast excellent. We enjoyed club access, with excellent food and drinks. Staff were always helpful and efficient.

I checked in online and it still took 15 minutes to get my key. 2.Upgraded to a suite but when I opened the door to my room on 21st floor, the room was under construction.
