Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty floors, stained bedding, and unclean bathrooms. Service was also a common complaint, with reports of unhelpful management, slow responses to issues, and lack of amenities. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location and found the rooms to be spacious. Safety concerns were raised due to broken locks and missing security features. Overall, while the hotel offers a good location and some large rooms, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and safety.
