Ease of finding it.
Location, poorly lit parking lot, hair on sheets (cleanliness), sink stopper stuck in closed position not allowing water to drain. Dark, outdated & pieced together room, Wife felt unsafe, people hanging out in parking lot that weren't guests. Overall, so bad that we didn't stay even though we booked through a third party and was told we could not get our money back. We checked into another hotel and had an excellent experience at that one.
