The fou pools give guests plenty to do, but there’s also a lot in the area to experience. There’s some good shopping, snorkeling, hiking, paddle boarding, and more. Cons (-) I booked the hotel room, paid for it, and when I showed up they told me I wasn't in the system and I couldn't stay there. What?!! Terrible front desk person who wouldn't let me stay at the hotel even though I showed her my receipt of payment for the room. Never again. I would not recommend this place unless you're sure they will give you your room.
