Everyone was very hospitable. The rooms were clean. The only thing I would change is the mattress. It is very firm. **It might be helpful to note that there is no way to avoid climbing stairs. The first floor is below ground level and the second floor is up a flight of stairs with no elevator. Great place to stay if you have kids at WyoTech!

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) The bed was quite uncomfortable with hard mattress springs poking me and what felt like a wooden support beam running along my back. Would not sleep there again.

Cons (-) The mattress should have been replaced 5 years ago -- utterly unsleepable. No hair dryer; no microwave or fridge; no continental breakfast. Smelly and dumpy.
