Good Basics
America's Best Value Inn in Las Vegas is truly basic, but adequate and clean. Laundry facilities are a big plus!
Noisy people outside every night. Loud, nasty argument in one unit on first night. Shabby registration office. Lots of touch up painting needed.

The location was okay, we were walking distance from the strip. It’s close to the airport which would’ve been nice had we flown.
The bed was terrible and nothing but old springs. There was absolutely nothing like in a typical hotel (tissues, coffee maker, broken tv remote.) it was just so old and icky-feeling. The shower above us obviously had a leak and was dripping through our bathroom ceiling. I get it was a budget room but it felt too cheap to recommend to anyone. Definitely won’t stay there again.
