Centrally located next to T-Mobile Arena and The Park. Connected to this Las Vegas hotel is Park Theater which features top performing music artists.
ConstructionPros: NothingCons: There was no pool, construction was being done everywhere. The water was shut off for 5 hours and day and the plumbing stop working.
Love the $100 resort fee yet no ammenitiesPros: location is convenient.Cons: Way over priced to be staying in a construction zone.
No pool and few ammenities to justify the high resort fees. Hard to believe! Could have chosen many other properties had I known they were charging so many additional fees. All the construction made it that much worse!
Noisy construction Pros: Free room and rewards program food creditCons: Soft mattress, construction noise, and 2days of some missing towels
Pros: the room was nice and clean, friendly staffCons: walls too thin - could hear my neighbors having sex..
Terrible, awful stay and poor customer servicePros: Nothing. Absolutely nothing Cons: Mobile check in was down so we had to stand in line for 20 minutes to check in. We were assigned to the fourth floor in an unrenovated room. The room smelled bad, the toilet wouldn't flush right and the carpet was coming up. We were woken up at 5am because they were doing construction for the new pool area. At 7am, interior work started. We asked if we could be moved to a different floor and were told we could be put on a request list and it might happen, but we'd have to pay more if we moved up. No apologies whatsoever for the condition of the hotel or noise. We ended up checking out and moving across the street to the Excalibur. We were refunded for the night we didn't stay as well as a whopping $39 resort fee. Don't book here, it's not worth losing the sleep.
Awful staff, loud constractionPros: LocationCons: The staff was rude and gave the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. They said construction would be held till later hours of the day but would abruptly wake you up at 6am and go till 7pm. Had to pay resort fees (Pool, gym, wifi) the wifi never worked, the pool was under construction so you had to take a shuttle to another hotel which was always full so you'd have to wait 1-2 hours outside in the heat without any covered area and we never even found the gym and when we asked a staff member they said they didn't know and we needed to just walk around till we found it.
HotelPros: They were doing construction and they gave us a room that no construction noise could be heard.Cons: Construction noise could be heard. Hall carpets were loose. Also, the pool was closed. They offered two other locations that we could use the pool. They had s Shuttle Bus to only one location and I would have to take a Taxis to the other location. Also, they did not have enough cabinets for our clothes.
Pros: Great location, friendly staffCons: My wife and I usually stay at the Aria hotel when visiting Vegas. Because this was our first trip with the kids we thought we could save some money as they wouldn't appreciate the upscale amenities. We didn't find out about the renovations until a few weeks after we booked this hotel. Only two sit down dinner options and both were a little pricey. NO pool although we were told we had free access to sister properties (not exactly convenient) And the noise with construction was not great at 6 am but being from the east cost we were up early before it started anyway. With no shops or buffet or median priced dining options and limited gambling tables this isn't exactly a destination hotel right now and i would have stayed somewhere else on the strip. Im confident this will be an amazing hotel once the renovation is complete but i would skip this one right now.
Hotel is being renovated. Too much work going on. Stay away until thPros: NoneCons: Construction work
Absolutely atrociousPros: There is one black gentlemen that works as security that is multi-lingual and is the most friendly, courteous and helpful person i have ever met. He should be commended. The rest of the stay was pathetic and disappointing. Will never stay here again.Cons: No pool. No spa. Just one restaurant and one fancy restaurant overpriced. Phones did not work could not connect me to Aria spa or to front desk. 40 resort fee but no "resort" because no spa, no pool. Insane. Sunday morning left room at 9 am for breakfast told housekeeper right next to room we were leaving for 4 hours. Return at 2 pm, no service. Left again at 4 pm to run half marathon, return at 8 pm...still no service. Pathetic. Air conditioning did not work well. entire stay was terrible.
Terrible time at the Monte Carlo! Pros: It was close to all the central vegas locationsCons: I didn’t like being woken up at 6 am everyday of my stay with loud construction noises after staying out late every night. I did not like having to pay an Uber everyday to shuttle to the mgm pool when the only reason I booked this hotel is to have a pool onsite. The room was the bare minimum to be acceptable and service was ok. I understand the need to remodel your Hotel and do updates but please add a more VISIBLE note before booking letting your guests know they will not have a pool. Start working on your construction after at least 9 am! I did not get a wink of sleep on my last night there and was so exhausted on the drive home and all the hotel could offer me was not to pay resort fees....when we shouldn’t have been paying that anyway since there were no ‘resort’ amenities since the pool was closed. Please do not stay here unless you plan to stay up all night and not visit the pool.
Great Staff abd location Pros: All of the staff we encountered were wonderful and accommodating. The hotel was right next to T-MOBILE arena and close to other activities. Everything was clean. Overall a great stay
