Comfortable bed. Check in and out was easy.
No breakfast available. Noisy upstairs guests playing very loud music. TV remote was dirty, didn't want to touch it. bathroom sink hadn't been cleaned properly, remains of beard hair from an electric shaver.
I stay here once a year in the basement room with no window !! I have grown to love it . However it was originally £15 with breakfast and over the years they dropped the breakfast and slowly increased the price . This year it was £75 .. but on arriving found they have "upgraded" the (my) room which now has a window (health and safety gone mad I guess . So although it has improved I will probably not go back , I will miss my wee windowless basement room
Small car park at the back. Was clean. Reasonable amount of tea and coffee and the bottles of water were a nice touch.
The tiles on the floor in the bathroom were broken and loose. 2nd bed was very uncomfortable. There was no heating...and no one available in reception to ask about it.
Great location for University. Reasonably quiet.
Did think that breakfast was included! But no breakfast available. No hair dryer, only one pillow, which made the sleeping uncomfortable, otherwise not a bad mattress. Very basic room, would be nice if the rice and hair was cleaned out of the sink!!!
Poor WiFi, broken toilet door, holes in toilet door, broken shower handle, broken light, noise from about as room underground
