Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime lakeside location, making it convenient for ferry access and exploring Lenno. Many highlighted the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it very good and others considering it average. The on-site restaurant and bar were appreciated for their quality and value. Some noted that the rooms and decor felt dated, and there were occasional complaints about noise and room comfort, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a recommended stay for most visitors.

Pros (+) It's not as touristy as the other cities on lake como. It was very easy to get around since the ferry is literally right outside the hotel steps. T
Cons (-) The wifi was terrible. This seems to be the case for most of Europe, but it as quite frustrating since that was our main means of getting around.
