loved the quaintness of this boutique hotel. The staff was excellent. Safe and secure. Walking distance to Centro.
Area was a little run down but hotel was impeccable.

We loved the included continental breakfast.
There was not a back-up roll of toilet paper. I had to ask at the front desk when we ran out.

The place nics and clean dont get me wrong BUT the wall so thin.. i heard every time a person go the bathroom and flush the toilet, every a new guest come and rang the door, every movement in the hotel.. The bed was queen but too small for a couple. Wake up so hungery looking for the bf but huge disappointment whish was only tea and bread with wathery jam and 2 type of fruit... It is not bad the place but be aware of the noise.

Nice 'retro' hotel, adapted from a private home with lots of funky antiques to lend a nice 50s quality to the place. Very clean with nice staff.
The neighborhood was a bit sketchy with graffiti and run-down buildings. Sadly, Leon seems to be passing through tough times but, in fairness, we never felt in danger and never saw any shady characters. It was just not a good neighborhood for walking around.

Wonderful bed! The included continental breakfast was good. The 60 peso American breakfast was very nice. Service and staff was friendly and attentive. I asked for some additional services regarding my vehicle and was nicely accommodated. The various patios were relaxing, a very nice feature of my stay.
I would have to nit-pick to find a complaint.
