Pros (+) The staff was friendly, cheerful, helpful and kind. They never gave you the feeling that they were too busy to answer your questions or see to our needs...Decent spread for breakfast and food was actually good.
Cons (-) I'm a stickler for cleanliness. So I'm sure I notice more than most. Cleaning just what people see at a glance doesn't make it clean. I know house keeping is a thankless job. Always overworked and under staffed. There's no way to change the work load but management can add to staff. Details are the difference between being good or being excellent
