7.0 Good
Pros: The Ibis Budget Libourne is close to the motorway between Bordeaux and Bergerac so easy to find. It has plenty of secure free parking and there are two restaurants close by for dinner. The room was comfortable but basic as expected although it represented very good value for money. , The breakfast was good and free WiFi was available.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It does exactly what is says on the tin! Clean really comfortable. Had a fantastic nights sleep. Staff were helpful and friendly. Ideal location for travelling.
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfortable and quiet
Cons: Don't use this hotel unless you are on your own. There is a shower cubicle with a glass door in the room instead of a separate bathroom. So if you're staying with someone they'll have to wait in the corridor while you shower. Ridiculous
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location and allowed my dogs to stay.
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Cons: Was fairly clean but extremely basic and not comfortable

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast very good, a lot of variety. Staff were very pleasant, speaking both English and French of course, and secure parking with gated entrance was also very good for us. A lovely location only a stone's throw from the river, plenty of choice for dinner.
Cons: No real negatives at all.
7.1 Good
Pros: Quiet hotel with all amenities
Cons: Very bad organisation concerning management of staff at reception. At the moment of payment the employee at the desk charged us by mistake a second time the payment by credit card. That can happen but she was not habilited to reimburse us! We needed 30 min to resolve the problem. Finally her superior explained her by phone how to do that. This is a deception for a Mercure hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, lovely staff, English very well spoken, receptionists extremely helpful. Comfortable bed, clean room, very substantial breakfast.
Cons: Staying for only one night!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: good service , exactly what we needed... a nice rest

Pros: Evening meal was quite good. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good restaurant with local food. Dog friendly. Slightly out of town but ideal for our needs. The grounds and pool would be a bonus in summer
6.3 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed . Staff friendly and helpful. Good car parking
Cons: Restaurant closed Saturday night. No internet in rooms. No heating in toilet/shower
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to restaurant
Cons: Room was small
7.5 Good
Pros: The cleanliness and staff were excellent
Cons: The bedroom and bathroom layout were poor as there was little space to walk between the bed and other furniture or the walls. Opening the bathroom door compromised the use of the shower as the door opened onto the shower blocking the shower entrance. The Kyriad is the worst hotel (motel) I have stayed in terms of room floor space. If this is an example of what to expect at other Kyriad hotels I would not choose to book one unless circumstances determined otherwise. A further disappointment was the lack of real coffee. The French are noted for their coffee and to find coffee was only available from a machine was not expected. I have no problem with a machine & understand the cost saving behind it but please ensure quality isn’t compromised when implementing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed and pillows, water cooker, nescafe and cake in room, Good free parking
Cons: More hooks would be valuable in walls needed to hang up coats etc.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: It’s location & its charm.
Cons: The breakfast. I left early & although the hotel wanted to refund the charge for the night I didn’t stay, booking.com wouldn’t let me change it as I had already checked in - not pleased.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location very good, great to have parking at the hotel. Very comfortable, very good breakfast. Really close to St Emilion, masses of opportunity for wine tasting! It was a Saturday night, best restaurants already fully booked, it would probably be wise to book ahead. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant.
Cons: No lift, typical old fashioned French property, stairs a bit of a challenge!
4.0 Okay
Cons: Sound proofing in rooms was very poor . You can hear every word from the room next door !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Especially Kevin so very helpful in getting me a doctors appointment and being allowed in early as I had not been well. Very much appreciated
Cons: That I could have stayed longer!
5.4 Okay
Pros: The room style was fine and nice, as were the staff. We had booked two rooms as we were picking up a friend from station. We actually upgraded our second room at the time of the visit and the staff helped with this.Parking was convenient and location good.
Cons: We upgraded our additional room as the standard one has a rather pongy smell and was a pretty shabby and dark. The cost is excessive for the property. The water from wash basin tap was barely a trickle
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and safe parking
4.6 Okay
Pros: The man who served breakfast was nice and smiling
Cons: Check in ws told to open 14 but nobody answered telefon and door was opened 17 in afternoon. The lady in resepsion was arrogant ,
6.7 Good
Pros: Central location close to rail station
Cons: No staff when I arrived at 20:30 but instructions how to get in. These were very general so couldn’t find my annexe room and had to ring. Windows all blocked out, presumably due to room alongside main road.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved this place. We had a romantic birthday weekend and it could not have been better. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was superb. Nothing bad to say except we wanted to stay longer!
4.2 Okay
Cons: Believed we were staying in a Chateau- hotel description misleading. Food in Michelin restaurant was very very poor. I was offered 35 euro as an apology by your staff but it has not been paid.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is wonderful. Nothing could be prettier. The staff is nice, helpful and do everything that could help.
6.0 Good

Pros: Perfectly located, wonderful breakfast consisting of fresh foods and eggs you can cook yourself in your kitchen, plenty of room for 4 people and a historic, beautiful property.
Cons: Check-in in the off-season can be a bit awkward. This is likely because we didn't do a good enough time of setting arrival expectations, but once we got in and settled everything went well-just make sure you let them know your arrival time (and plan around a likely afternoon check-in instead of arriving before 11am as we did)

7.0 Good
Pros: The Ibis Budget Libourne is close to the motorway between Bordeaux and Bergerac so easy to find.
Ridiculous
