Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent beachfront location and the well-maintained pool area. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant, though experiences with reception and management varied, with some guests reporting unprofessional or indifferent attitudes. Cleanliness received mixed feedback: while some highlighted spotless rooms and public areas, others noted issues with hygiene in the dining area and rooms. Food quality was generally appreciated, but breakfast was sometimes described as basic or repetitive.
