Pros: My husband was celebrating his birthday and the sent champagne and cake up to the room ! Lovely touch

Pros: The location

Cons: out the front desk did not have a clue. He asked me to write a complaint to the manager maybe I’ll get a refund but I never got a response. Bad business very unprofessional for not at least acknowledging my email.

Pros: Very pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Cons: More staffing for breakfast would make things smoother

Pros: The property is in excellent state, staff of helpful, al English and Spanish spoken. On Christmas they gifted us with a bottle of Porto

Cons: The restaurant Atlantik is poorly managed. We waited two hours sat on a table, ordered and did not receive our food. Terrible!!! We where not informed of how long our order would take and we left

Cons: - Indoor swimming pool was extra

Cons: The beds were hard.

Cons: Construction site above my room. Annoying noise from 10am till 17pm.

Cons: Hearing the showers from the neighbors was really loud. Not enough plugin opportunity

Pros: Excellent location, just 15/20 minute walk from Winter Wonderland. Lovely first floor Piano Bar very nice pool area Spa Sauna etc. Excellent Hotel, catered for my party of x 10 Rooms and was great when I asked for Champagne, they even sent me a Free Birthday Cake when entertaining in my suite (50th Tut!!!) Lovely staff and very nice atmosphere.

Cons: Found the price for the breakfast rather expensive at €35.00 per day for x 2 pax. Ours was included in the suite but our guests who had Doubles had the option to pay. There is a perfectly good Cafè 100 yards away that did breakfasts/Pastries/goodies from €3.00 !!! Also sorry to be negative, I ordered a transfer one way from airport to hotel through the hotel which was €70.00 - and when we went back after our long weekend it was €12 in an Uber, so slightly stung. But Hey Ho, there was a Chauffeur with a nice laptop at the waiting point when we arrived off the plane. They also do a FREE shuttle if you are lucky enough to use it, sadly we were in the wrong place or wrong time, so just missed it etc, but not a big deal, nice that they offer it to be fair.

Pros: Great Location and hotel,friendly staffs. Very clean hotel,good amenities,good selection of food. Free shuttle service and good value for money!I like the junior suite upgrade.

Cons: The beds / pillows - not as comfortable as they could be.

Cons: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.

Pros: Concierge staff were terrific, location of the hotel was close enough to many sights,breakfast was amazing

Cons: Booked a superior room with courtyard view, got a small bed and not view to speak of Other hotels we stayed in Paris or Warsaw offer complimentary water, here it’s only one time on arrival and they don’t advertise it unless you ask

Pros: This time I was on holidays, and, one more time I have to say this is the best place to stay in Lisbon. Well done.

Pros: We liked the location and the Staff were very helpful. The staff did everything they said they would do and we appreciated their positivity and quick response concerning the bed..

Cons: The bathroom was too small for 2 people. The mattress had to be turned or replaced( not sure which one) because it had dips on both sides. The restaurant was over priced. The one dinner we had was very good and the presentation was beautiful, however, for 2 vodka tonics with absolute vodka cost 34 euro and the lobster salad, while beautifully presented, was 19 euro for 2 small claws and some greens.

Pros: Great location. The breakfast was plentiful and included in the price of my room. There is a large buffet and you can also order off of a menu at no extra cost. The resturant for dinner was excellent as was the food served in the bar. All staff were helpful.

Cons: Service in bar could be hard to get, sometimes waiting for 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. I think this is due to both low staffing and lay out. If the staff doesn't look around you won't be seen due to pillars and nooks.

Pros: Overall great hotel

Pros: Wonderful hotel! everyone was so friendly and the room was a good size. The front desk was so helpful with anything that you needed. Also, it was right in front of the Agenda train station, making it super convenient to come and go to the airport but I didn't even use the train station to travel around downtown Lisbon or Alfama as everything was within walking distance!

Pros: Location. Staff. Local knowledge and recommendations.

Cons: No or little storage space for clothes.

Pros: The location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons: The rooms was VERY small and tight. The room also had an order that was not pleasant. The door lock mechanism was broken when we arrived.

Pros: The breakfast is good. The bellboys are helpful and nice.

Cons: The staffs from front desk are impolite, the service is inefficient, it took one hour to process check-in. The hotel facilities are very old.

Pros: Great location, lovely room and Comfy bed

Cons: The luggage man guarding the luggage room was on a bit of a power trip and had our whole group panicked that we hadn’t paid for our room when we actually had. The manager was very nice though as were the rest of the staff

Cons: Bathtub very difficult to access.
