“Location is perfect, 10 min walk to the Therme. Hotelroom was clean and the staff is pretty nice. Junior suite is a spacious room with comfy beds. Communication before arrival was smooth and effective (they booked spa tickets for us and prepared the check-in docs in advance). Although the reception is open only till 9pm, the nice lady was waiting for us till 9.30 pm because we were late. We appreciated it very much! Breakfast is fine and of a wide range of foods, we liked it every day. The restaurant (Kaminstub'n) opposite is not for our taste (medium quality food but nice staff). Opposite to the hotel there is also a tennis court.”
