Convenient location right opposite Liverpool street station and a short walk to Thames London bridge and Tower bridge. Pret a Porter next door for healthy snacks and Boots chemist and Tescos a few doors up. Great location for easy access to transport and plenty of terrific eateries within easy walking distance such as Pain De Quotidian and the Fish Market. walking distance to St Paul's Cathedral.
Some of the concierge staff a bit unfriendly but not all. Fridge wouldn't close and some food spoiled due to hot weather. But maintenance was called and problem solved promptly. Bed was too small for big Australians.
The hotel was ideally located, aside from that it was fantastic
Location just perfect opposite of Liverpool street station
Staff couldn't help with information about train connections
As this was a business trip the location was ideal as it was only 5 mins walk from where the course was being held that I was on. Also there were lots of amenities such as resturants on the doorstep.
The bathroom in the room was very small. Also this aside the light for it was not very powerful and so the room was still very dark even in the daytime because there was no window. Also the shower was poor for the price of the hotel a bit of an out of date arrangement via the taps and not very powerful at all. I also was not impressed that when I arrived to check in that in the middle of serving me the phone rang and the receptionist answered it and then ignored me for 5 mins while he dealt with the call.
The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was a very generous size and had everything you could possibly need in it. We would definately stay there again.
As our apt was on the 1st floor the music from the bar next door was loud on the Friday night, although it did stop at 2am. Also as we were a family with 2 adults and 2 childeren in their late teens( a girl and a boy) I found the fact that both bedrooms had double beds very inconvenient, and caused a bit of a problem with sleeping arrangements. I would suggest that it would bettter to have some 2 bedroom apts with 1 double and 1 twin room.
conveniently located to all transport, spacious, clean and comfortable apartments with everything you need
Location, facilities in the apartment
They would not accept Scottish banknotes...
very comfortable, great location
lift was slow
just like being at home. Good quality room, clean, well decorated, more than what we expected
Location; wonderful apartment; spacious; modern
Noisy at night outside, thus found it difficult to sleep
Too light in the room to the morning.
