Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The staff is often described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, opinions on cleanliness and breakfast are mixed, with some guests finding rooms or facilities not up to their expectations and breakfast offerings limited or disorganized. Room sizes are frequently mentioned as small, and the lack of air conditioning is a common complaint, especially during hot weather. Overall, the hotel is valued for its central location and welcoming service, but improvements could be made in comfort and amenities.
