Cleanliness, Staff, Locality, Cost + a very adequate breakfast
Shower just a little crowded but acceptable when you balance the whole package against the cost
Close to underground station, very clean, nice staff
Very tiny room, especially very tiny toilet. I have room with the view on the storage building, in the evnings there were pepole gathering on the street loudly taking and listening to a very loud music.
Very helpful staff
Everything about this hotel was just perfect for a one night minibreak in London. We particularly thought the showers were fab (had so many rubbish showers on other visits to London so this i a big tick!), having an outside patio area to chill in after a long day out and the breakfast was just perfect. We shall definitely book here again.
Really difficult to think of something, but we stayed on quite a hot day and even though there were fans, air conditioning in the rooms would have been the icing on the cake.
Room was clean, well decorated and with all the facilities that one expects from a hotel. I picked it because of its proximity to St. Pancras train station. Staff friendly and efficient. The shower was excellent. Easy to understand and looked quite new. Plenty of tea/sugar/milk and a nice touch of little packets of biscuits. Oscillating fan on the wall. Large space under the bed for suitcase / shoes storage. The quality of the bedding was very high and the bed comfortable. Small safe at side of bed.
It was a very tiny room. For example, entering the room and closing the curtains one had to crawl across the bed and perch on the radiator. To be fair I had asked for a double bed and a single would give someone more room. No aircon.
