Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. The staff is frequently described as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, contributing positively to guest experiences. However, many reviews mention that the rooms are very small and sometimes uncomfortable, with some guests also noting issues with outdated facilities and lack of amenities such as elevators. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, and a few guests found the beds comfortable, but overall, the room size is a significant drawback for many visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
