degré celcius in my room, it's verry hot
The only good thing about the hotel is that there is a fridge in the room, and the bed is comfortable enough to sleep on (although it’s not a real double bed, the 2 beds are connected
Avoid this place at all costs! Sleep in a car if you have too! This hotel is a terrible family run hotel and there are better options for the same price in london. There are no working phones in the room, you have to give a calling card to the hotel lobby and then they send the phone call to your room. They also will not reserve tours in london for you at the front desk because they claim that they can’t make free telephone calls, but then they were able to call me a taxi (doesn’t make any sense!) Anyways, don’t bother asking for a taxi from them since they call a private taxi service which is 10 pounds more than a normal taxi. by some weird uncomfortable velcro. I also disliked the service in general. For example, I had to wait 6 minutes
Location, Friendly staff, Clean
Very very very small room
good location, close to the centre, near metro stration
very small rooms, not very well clean, same the bathroom, partly dirty, really very poor breakfast- just cheese, boiled eggs, marmalade and bread, bad coffee, small breakfast room- place for just 6 pairs at the same time, totally the price is not equal to the services
Staff were friendly. Room was a small (it was a double room) but comfortable and clean as was the en suite bathroom. The hotel had no lift and I am slightly disabled - fortunately I had a small suitcase to take up to the third floor. Ten minutes from Paddington Station and handy for sight seeing.
