Who can I call?
The location was the only positive attribute of the hotel.
I didn't like the fact that the room I was given, bed was unmade. I didn't like the fact that the second room I was given was near the end of the 5th floor with a foul odor. I didn't like the fact that there was a loud noise sounding as if coming from the pipes, so much so that one of the staff nocked on my door to ask if the noise was emanating from my room (he even came in the room and turned on the tap in the sink). I didn't like the fact that this loud noise sounded off and on throughout the night. I didn't like the fact that when I was about going to the lobby after the sleepless night to complain and carry my heavy luggage..... The lifts were all out of service!!!!(remember 5th floor) I didn't like the fact that when all was said and done the staff, including the duty mgr, said they could only offer me a beverage or breakfast. The most disheartening thing was that they said that there was no one who I could call and or talk to until the General manager returned to work on Monday (this was on Friday morning)!!! However they did give me an email address to send a message to. The end!
Nothing, room had no heating, people smoking in the rooms though not allowed to!! bed linen smelt,
Room was cold and dingy, service was awful, took 4 hours to get heating in room sorted we then moved room. with no apologies.Staff not bothered that someone was smoking in their room, and it smelt awfully fragrant.
Comfort of bedroom.
Shower ceiling too low. Space between toliet and the wall in uncomfortably narrow.
Clean room but with a hard bed. We did not eat at the hotel but that was personal choice.
The hotel is becoming a bit tatty in places and needs updating but not awful.
Free Parking, GFood Location for commuting
Needs Updating. Poor service from the reception/admin desk. Could not find my booking. When leaving, computers not weorking so I could not get a vat receipt, also spent 3 phone calls and a fax to obtain my pay of receipt details. During my stay and further communication I struggled to communicate with the staff due to language problems. not one full english member speaking of staff during my whole stay and phone calls. not very good for a large company such as Brittannia Hotels.
Clean room, good bathroom
My bedroom had no window! I was only there for a night but more than that would not have been acceptable. I am amazed that it is possible to sell a room with no daylight.
Location and convenience
Decor in rooms overly patterned!
Close to the underground
rooms were far too hot.
Great room With a superb View of london
The room size
The room could have been serviced a little bit better as there was an empty wine bottle left behind the sofa in the room and of three lights in the bathroom only one worked. Not major points but points worth noting
