Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it easy to access public transportation and nearby attractions. The comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the rooms were also highlighted as positive aspects by several reviewers. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, noting issues such as lack of staff presence, poor communication, and difficulties with check-in. Noise from the street and poor sound insulation were also common complaints. Overall, while the hotel offers good value for its location and basic comforts, improvements are needed in service and noise control.
