Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to Paddington station and local attractions, making it ideal for travelers. However, many found the rooms to be extremely small and sometimes in need of maintenance or better cleanliness. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding staff helpful and others reporting unprofessional or inattentive behavior. Cleanliness received neutral feedback, with both positive and negative remarks about room conditions. Value for price was considered fair by some, but others felt the experience did not match expectations.

Wonderful
Suzy, Oct 2019
Cons (-) Superb location, very helpful staff and everything serviceable with the room. Only drawback it was in the basement so no natural light. Breakfast room very cramped and some elements of the breakfast could have been improved eg cold cold milk. But it was overall good value. Charge bit less and have room only as an option.
