Full english breakfast, very friendly and helpful receptionists
Rooms are small and ensuite shower can only be classified as micro! Having said that, I would still choose it again if I visit London again,
Close to Paddington RW St.. Many bars and restaurants nearby.
I lived in a closet size room and the feeling was almost claustofobic. Also the smell in the room was strange and unpleasant.
Access was good; it was close to the tube/train/buses and check-in was easy. The room was comfortable for the price and breakfast was top notch!
The room was too hot and I had to keep the window open, which isn't very environmentally friendly. The heating could perhaps come down a little and those guests more sensitive to the cold could use the spare blankets?
The location is the only thing that could determine anyone to stay at this hotel. It's very close to Paddington Station, within walking distance from Hyde Park and the touristic double deckers have bus stations within reach.
The rooms are extremely small, you can barely fit your luggage and struggle to get from one side of the bed to the other. The bathrooms were most likely built within the room so they are small tin cans in which you can barely enter. There was lots of noise coming from the street and from the other rooms (everything on the corridor can be heard in your room). The elevator was not working all the time and coming down the stairs implies having to wait for someone else come up or down before you can actually use them too. It's a hotel suitable for no more than an overnight stay (maybe 2 nights...)
The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room is very basic, small and inconvenient. The design is poor rather than hi-tech.
Location good, clean hotel, interesting decor (better than the usual floral wallpaper in London)
Hotels in London are of course a rip-off in terms of price. Their owners should be taken to America and shown American hotels of equal price. I would travel to London much more often if the hotels were more reasonably priced
Clean room, very good breakfast
tiny bathroom in room!
too much steel in the design of a hotel - looks scary at first sight ))
The location was very good - several tube stops very near to the hotel. Excellent value for money for a central London hotel and although the rooms were just a little too small, it didn't matter that much.
Excellent value for money. Room was quite small but uncluttered and very modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Breakfast in clean modern surroundings included.
Bathroom was tiny but did have everything you could need. I
