Cons:The wait time for everything was exceedingly slow. A food order could take over 90 min for delivery. The rooms were not sound proof you could here every person who walked by and what they were saying. The staff were not trained for a hotel of that price. The breakfast selection was mediocre and the same everyday for the 9 days I was there. The hotels decor is old and outdated. It was difficult to even have a bottle of water delivered. The food was less and average.
Cons:Rooms are a little small. Also not much of an open lounge area for waiting around or hanging out, but tight space is to be expected for the location.
Cons:the 110 outlet in our room had a plug broken into it making it unusable.
