We loved everything about the hotel. Staff were all very helpful. All excellent
The coffee machine in the club lounge. Just couldn’t understand it even after being show
Comprehensive, Food choice very good. Pressurised staff at breakfast. Very friendly staff in the main. Very kindly recognised my birthday with a piece of cake.
Response for extra coffee. More choice of newspaper. Mini bar servicing when room occupied. Lift broken down for too long. Wait to sign out. Building surrounded in scaffolding.
The room was small but clean and cool.
It took 2 hours to get our luggage with no offer of anything for the time delay even after I expressed my disbelief that it could take so long. The lounge executive was a huge disappointment. No alcohol until 6 pm and no champagne. canopies were few and inedible. never again.
They put a bottle of prosecco and cake in our room for my birthday and it wasn't a special request - how thoughtful
Staff was nice
Very, very overpriced. Hotel itself might be 5 stars however definitely needs some improvements. Lifts very slow and one out of service.
