Cons (-) Front desk staff never answered phone. No air- room was 94 degrees. Staff unable/ unwilling to help or cancel future reservations. Still waiting for response after a week

Cons (-) At the time of our visit to London, it was 90 plus degrees. Air conditioning did not work in room. The staff gave us a fan!! Called Expedia to try to get some help with refund. Expedia has tried but cannot make contact with them

Pros (+) Very friendly staff at this cozy little hotel. Right off Hyde Park and easy access to the tube make this location ideal. Safe and comfortable.
Cons (-) The tiny, slow lift that fits one person with a bag, or two without is a challenge. Rooms are small and a bit creaky, but the bed was very comfy.

Pros (+) The location of the hotel is excellent. It is easy to reach by public transit, and is right by Hyde Park, which is lovely. The staff were friendly when we first checked in.
Cons (-) Our toilet in our room didn't work. We asked about it each of the 3 days, and they did nothing. We ended up having to use the public restaurant toilets, which were below the first level (we were on the 3rd floor). Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Then, on the last day, the internet stopped working. We called the front desk and they said they were working on it. Still didn't work the n...
