Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which is close to shops, restaurants, and key attractions, making it very convenient. Some guests also appreciated the value for the price and found the beds comfortable in a few cases. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including unpleasant smells, unclean linens, and poorly maintained rooms. Service was frequently criticized, with complaints about unresponsive or unfriendly staff, lack of on-site reception, and confusing check-in procedures. Bed comfort was also a concern for several guests, with mentions of uncomfortable or broken beds and insufficient bedding. Overall, while the location and occasional value were positives, the hotel needs improvement in cleanliness, service, and comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews
