Absolutely the best hotel I have stayed in! Our first night there was Christmas Eve, Jeff at the front desk was great and checked us in super quick. The next morning no one but me got up for breakfast. I went down and the breakfast was wonderful! Pros (+) Friendly staff
Cons (-) Room with bad smell and wet carpets, found alive bugs in the carpets and a dead small spider in the bed sheets. Carpets were not vaccum. Had to go to front desk 4 different times because the door card keys will stop working and few hours later had to moved to a different room (smaller accomodation for the same price) because A/c stopped functioning. Very frustrating.
