Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, describing it as ideal for exploring the city and close to major attractions. The service is frequently highlighted as friendly and helpful, with staff often going out of their way to assist guests, including helping with luggage. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many guests noting the rooms are tidy and well-maintained. However, some guests mention issues with noise, particularly from other guests or heavy doors, and several reviews point out the lack of an elevator in parts of the hotel as a drawback, especially for those with heavy luggage or rooms on higher floors.
