Pros (+) Grand Hyatt has excellent service and a beautiful room. Definitely upgrade for Fountain View! So many restaurants to try - I love Jin Ying and Jade Dragon is unreal. I will be back to City of Dreams again.
Cons (-) I didn’t realize the hotel had two towers and so I went to the wrong place but now I know. Just a great hotel.

Pros (+) Emily at the front desk was so friendly and the room was beautiful, with a view of the fountain show! Definitely will choose Grand Hyatt in the future.
