Pros (+) Individual members of staff were lovelies. The pool boy, bar staff and the night reception staff. It close to the shops and has good access to pretty much everywhere. On the surface it is very beautiful.
Cons (-) Shower dripped constantly. The ac worked sometimes. Arrived with a child and 4 pieces of luggage not one person greeted or helped us down the steps into the foyer although there were at least 6 bell boys standing there.
