Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location in Mardin's historic center, its breathtaking views, and the unique charm of the building. The staff and owner received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, several guests noted that the hotel is difficult to access, especially with luggage, due to many stairs and lack of clear signage. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but mentioned as an issue in a few reviews. Bed comfort and room size were positively highlighted, while accessibility and lack of air conditioning were common drawbacks.
