Very good location in front of the sea and helpful personnel/ service
Facilities and in particular rooms are out of date and feel and look odd. Hotel room guests should have also more benefits for SPA and treatments (just 20% discount for the swimming pool access , rest you pay at the same rate as external guests)

staff on the reception is very friendly.
The restaurant is expensive, there is no price on the menu, then the bill always is a surprise, charge a 3 years old, even she did not seat on the table or eat anything. There is no playground as on website.

The entire staff was really nice and helpful. Our room was nice and the view of the beach great. What we really enjoyed were the beach and spa facilities.
Even when everything is very very clean, the Hotel is a little bit old fashion. Furniture could be renewed and the breakfast buffet is also not very variable. Nevertheless, everyone tries to help you if you have any question.
