Pros (+) It was clean, had a microwave, and mini fridge. Very basic room with decently comfortable bed, table with chairs, and TV with satellite. The location was good--close to many restaurants, a CVS, and a Walgreens. The staff were nice.
Cons (-) The breakfast was tang, cereal, and packaged pastries. I can't drink milk so I didn't eat the cereal (obviously not the fault of the hotel--many motels/hotels do not carry milk alternatives). Just know that breakfast is very very basic. However, the value of the hotel was still worth it.

Furniture was not clean and sparse. Flooring; two different tile floors, as carpet was replaced with tile and instead of continuing the floor tile through to the bath.
