The room we booking is not same when we check in, they said we order with special need

The rooms need to be cleaned better because there was dust all over the lamps. The carpets need to be cleaned better as well. We’ve been staying at this hotel for years and only recently has the service and the cleanliness become bad. There also needs to be more tea packets instead of the majority being coffee packets next to the hot water kettle. I hope these issues are fixed.
