7.0 Good
Pros: The location is a little out of the way of the A1 but worth the detour. Breakfast was good - and plentiful. Beds were comfortable and the room was warm (very important to my 90 year old mother). The staff were very welcoming, helpful and flexible - and remembered us from our previous visit! It was delightful to see that pets are welcome - we met some lovely dogs!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating, I couldn't fault anything at all. Food was delicious, very generous portions.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfortable clean room. Very friendly helpful staff
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice and warm. Very spacious communal areas. Furniture a little sparse but good. Empty areas but as still going through refurbishment only to be expected.
Cons: Difficult to say as the staff tried so hard to make it a really good stay. However if only one thing the cost of the breakfast nearly £16 a bit high when compared with other hotels
9.6 Excellent
Pros: everything else was perfect for a relaxing stay . The staff were excellent. I wish them all success for the future.
Cons: shower head needed a de limescale .
7.0 Good
Pros: Really great staff and beautiful location
Cons: We were in the rooms in the less Beatiful part of the house, still good tho, very clean, comfy bed

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large, warm, modern, stylish and very comfortable room - bathroom was excellent with hot shower and lovely tiles. The room had a very nice feel and the ambience was excellent- just lovely and peaceful.
Cons: Nothing as everything was lovely.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Leaving in the morning after spending a night on a "budget" mattress in a noisy, stuffy single room that had a small double bed squeezed in.
Cons: What a poor show. A hotel that is full and being run by one young girl in reception. The room was a disgrace as was the bed. The whole hotel has a tired feel about it. They are charging hotel rates when they are a B and B establishment. I was 'greeted' by a young girl who was clearly not trained and struggling to cope. A poor show all round.
