Many reviews highlight the beautiful views and the overall welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, though a few guests mention issues with bathroom size and amenities. Some negative feedback concerns the lack of air conditioning, small bathrooms, and absence of elevators, but the positives of location, service, and dining experience stand out.
