Hotel does not provide breakfast box to guests with morning flight on day of checkout When asked if we could pick up food from the breakfast canteen at 7am prior to our morning flight, hotel said they could not guarantee this would be permitted Airport transfer booked by hotel on the day of checkout was 20 minutes late Guests must ring reception from the room in order for their air conditioning to be turned on. We still had difficulties because the button on the air conditioning machine was broken and we required someone to switch it on for us Pool is not located in the hotel but across the road at a house owned by the hotel. There are 8 sunbeds and on the day we went, we had to wait for some time before any sunbed was available to use Housekeeping staff forgot to give towels when room was cleaned Response time of reception is generally slow- "few minutes" has been used as an approximation of an hour/no response Reception staff were highly variable- one particular member of staff did not offer any help when we said we were interested in visiting the hot springs and asked for advice
