Pros (+) I was grumpy after a 12 layover due to a missed flight . So wanted to sleep but the lady could find my reservation till I threated to call police . Might have been a.mistake . Pool was nice room.was whatever . Ac continuously dropped water , it's right over the bed so after the initial wake up a put a towel down and moved to other side.of the bed ... maybe a freak incident. Staff was nice pool.was...
Cons (-) A.c. leaked water on my head all night . Difficult pre paid check in . ... dispite showing my receipt.
