Quiet place in a nice part of the city, really close to parks and city center.
It was all ok
Curtains were broken and restroom was too small to have a door that opens to the inside
The atmosphere of the hotel was nice and the location was great.
We asked the staff where the main celebrations where of día de los muertos but they informed us wrong and we missed the most important part because we were send to the wrong place and wrong time. I expected the staff to know where the opening of the great festive would take place in their city as it is a great event and I would have loved to see it.
Location, design and good value.
I didn't know If my AC wasn't working or not. (I was in room #9).
Great central Location and Price. Modest but good. No brekky included but go across road to Chaya Maya for best Mayan food or around corner to Museo Gastonomique. Also the daily room clean was appreciated you dont get that everywhere
Rooms a bit dark and I had to open the blind and window as I can't sleep with noisy aircon blasting ice. Luckily they had ceiling fans so I could turn off aircon (a feature throughout Central America thanks to American tourist needing aircon!) Learn to save the planet!!! Open the window; that's what they're for. Or sleep in a hammock like a Mexican.
