Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests had a negative experience at this hotel, with cleanliness being the most frequently mentioned issue—many reported dirty rooms, mold, bad smells, and even bed bugs. Service was also a major concern, as guests described rude or unhelpful staff and problems with room assignments, amenities, and maintenance. Safety concerns were raised due to non-guests loitering, malfunctioning locks, and general discomfort. Bed comfort was also criticized, with complaints about a lack of pillows, stained beds, and poor bedding. Only a few reviews mentioned positive aspects such as location or a friendly staff member, but these were exceptions.
