They have a big cockroach infestation ive been cleaning the the room and spraying to try to keep tgem away and also shampooing tge carpets and tvey charged me a 250 deposit tge first time and still keep asking for deposits with our dogs

Where to begin, inoperable ice machine. Room smelled like a chain smoker lives there and I actually saw a roach!! A $20 deposit for? The tv had a poor signal! The chain on the door was a huge joke and apparently was there for decoration's.

Nothing at all but I stayed there cause I paid my money for it already.
I didn't like that I had to get a double bed room and not the king size bed room that I had my reservation for. They didn't come clean the room or even ask if I need my room cleaned.

When I got there I had paidnon the website and then they tried to get me to pay again. We had 2 phones dialed in and it took us 36 minutes to get connected. When my husband was sick in the car and need to sleep, this was nOt the issue we needed.

Maintenance could be better. I cut my finger on a jagged piece of metal sticking out of the metal door where a screw had been pulled out.
