Check in Was done at 3:00 pm which, I found was too late.
The room was nicely designed, with high end finishes, although small details needed attention. The room was amazingly quiet, even with the small windows open. (It also had air-conditioning.) Nice, varied lighting in room with light switches on either side of bed allows you to turn off lights without getting up. The breakfast buffet was quite good, with a variety of offerings. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the doorman. Colonia Juarez location was also very good, close to Reforma, and Zona Rosa.
Lacks maintenance. Sink in bathroom had been broken and repaired, but aesthetically should have been replaced. Carpet in lobby and by elevators was in bad condition and in need of replacement. Shades in room, while nicely designed, are showing wear.
Location, the staff and Wi Fi
Not your ordinary hotel room, it seems like it was design to impress, but from a personal point of view, not with the likes of guests in mind, a broken sofa bed spread on the floor blocking your way, a sauna that does not work just using available space, a very slipery shower floor without a floor mat to put on, I normally do work in the hotel room, but could not do that here because there is not a table or desk available, the air conditioning not in service just yet, very strict in enforcing check in and check out.
Very helpful and nice staff. All of the staff members are kind. Room.was big, bed conforyable, shower warm and food flow, enough toiletries, many lighting options. They added a portable A/C in room on a warm day. Breakfast changed eveey day and xhef firls were kind and smiling.
Too many light switches. Door key had (card) had to be reset a few times to open door so it was time wasting but only a small nuisance.
The staff was really friendly
I feel it was a little expensive for the night they really didn’t offer nothing extra to make me want to come again
