Pros (+) Comfortable bed, room size of suite.
Cons (-) Bathroom poorly appointed, ventilation system not maintained or working. Shower was small and dated. Service staff at breakfast not helpful after ordering something off the menu, they told us we could make it ourselves at the buffet. Breakfast buffet a bit disappointing. Bar closes earlier than posted hours. Spotty slow internet Poor TV service

Pros (+) From when we checked in to when we left two days later, our experience at the Four Seasons in Mexico City was a very pleasant one. The staff is professional and speaks very good English. The restaurant served very good food in a nice space (indoor and outdoor). We are looking forward to going back!
