Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and some found the staff to be helpful and attentive. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues, including poor cleanliness (notably reports of bedbugs and mold), uncomfortable beds, noise disturbances, and negative experiences with service, such as unhelpful or rude staff and problems with missing items. While a few guests had positive experiences and expressed intent to return, overall satisfaction was mixed due to recurring problems with cleanliness, comfort, and staff behavior.
